Plan for Safety

We believe that safety is a direct reflection of our relational and organizational skills. Safety embodies all of our values and is the most fundamental indicator of project success. We truly care about people and understand that we are responsible for their well being on our projects. Our attention to safety has been realized by the fact that we have not experienced one recordable safety incident on any of our projects.

Our Plan for Safety

At DesCor Builders, we proactively manage challenges instead of reacting after it's too late. We plan for safe projects by:

• building in safe processes during the preconstruction
• setting expectations before the first person walks on site

Our Plan for Safety is continually reinforced through:

• daily site inspections
• safety meetings
• positive recognition throughout the project
