Renovation of a 20,502 SF two-story medical office building for Elica Health Centers, transforming the existing space into a comprehensive medical and dental care facility designed to better serve the North Highlands community. The project included 16 medical exam rooms, adult and pediatric dental services, X-ray, pharmacy, laboratory, sterilization room, two negative pressure rooms, physician and administrative offices, welcoming reception and waiting areas, HVAC replacement, and minor exterior site improvements.
