Located in the River District near downtown Sacramento, Sutter Health’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), known as Sutter SeniorCare PACE, is a nonresidential senior care facility that delivers comprehensive care services to older adults and seniors with the aim of preventing premature nursing home placement.
The hospitality-inspired, 44,000 sq. ft. senior care center consolidates the operations of two existing PACE sites and allows for future growth. DesCor Builders provided preconstruction services and constructed the improvements which include: a 24,135 sq. ft. adult day health care (ADHC) center, 10,915 sq. ft. OSHPD-3 clinic area, 9,662 sq. ft. administrative support areas, as well as interior and exterior courtyards. Also included in the facility are areas for physical therapy activities, yoga, performances, crafts and meals.
