To accommodate their growth and create a single collaborative location, SolarCity consolidated their administrative office, call center and sales and marketing operations. The fast-track corporate office build-out involved improvements to three separate suites totaling 58,831 SF of a Class A, 2-story, “vanilla shell’ building, to include: large and small conference rooms, large training room with state-of-the art equipment, interior open office space with partitioned work areas, reception area, vestibule, mail room, IT room, facilitates storage room, large break room with café, as well as new mechanical, electrical, structural and fire protection modifications.
