What do you do to make your company a great place to work?

“We believe in the philosophy that, if we do the right things right and take care of our people, the money will come. This starts with work-life balance, championing careers and maintaining a family-centric atmosphere. Our leadership team cares more about who our people are, than what they do. They make a point to make a personal connection with each and every employee. They offer best-in-class benefits, celebrate milestones and include families in multiple events throughout the year.”

Has your workforce returned to the office or will it in the future? How are you handling the return?

“Since the construction industry was designated as an essential service, we were able to stay open and productive in a modified fashion. Increased cleanings and job site protocols for safe work environments are among some of the long-term changes we have implemented.”

Are you requiring vaccination or regular Covid-19 testing of your workforce? How are you handling that?

“We are following CDC guidelines and are testing on an as-needed basis. A safe, healthy workplace is our top priority.”

Have you added new employee perks or benefits in response to the labor shortage?

“We encouraged working from home and allowed flexible work schedules in order to maintain a manageable balance to our employees while navigating the pandemic.”

Have you changed how you recruit talent in light of the labor shortage?

“No, we have not.”
