Second phase to the Brookfield Elementary School campus, the design-build, 6,500 SF, Butler® prefabricated metal building is a free standing multi-purpose building with gymnasium and stage. The building promotes several functions including lunch service, theatrical presentations, graduation commencements, physical education / basketball, school assemblies, and other school activities. It is sited on the property in the central yard of the school and placed at an angle to preserve heritage trees on site.
