Design-Build, LEED NC Silver, 105,964 SF facility consisting of two ground-up, concrete tilt-up buildings: a two-story, 78,192 SF office building to include a 6,000 SF mail room, and a one-story, 24,967 SF laboratory, engineering and vehicle storage building on a 6.43-acre site.  The buildings are comprised of concrete tilt-up panels with steel stud partition walls, standing seam metal roof, and a corrugated metal roof canopy at the entrance.  In addition, the project includes a perimeter fence, (3) access gates, (4) patio areas, a canopy connecting the buildings, several overhangs, a 358-stall surface parking lot, bicycle storage, and extensive site and landscape work.
