The California New Car Dealers Association is the country’s largest state association of franchised new car and truck dealers representing over 1,100 dealer members.

Located in the heart of downtown Sacramento, this two-story building was completely updated for CNCDA’s new modern headquarters, including 2,000 square feet of open high-tech space designed to host industry training and social events.

Demolition included full removal of existing interior improvements and the entire South facade.  The improvements include a new structural steel front, MEP and seismic bracing upgrades, a first-floor storefront, and a second-story glass curtain wall with a 3-form Fins element made from 1.5-inch-thick panels creating the silhouette of a vehicle. In addition, the existing 4-car garage was updated to include a new roll-up door and epoxy floor.

The first-floor showcase space features a four-panel video/TV wall, porcelain tile floors, a new elevator and a stairway with two-inch-thick glass treads, stainless steel handrails and glass panels, a modern bar and will host a window front new car display. The second-floor improvements include 11 offices, an open office area, a break room, work room, conference room and restrooms.
