The scope of work for this project is all work necessary from a rough graded site with stubbed utilities to final completion for a 168 unit apartment project. Work included pad completion, minor street improvements to allow for project entry driveways and gates, site improvements such as underground utilities and services, curbs and driveways. 10 garage structures, 20 carports, 1 440 sf bike barn, booster pump and enclosure, 5 trash enclosures for trash and recycling and 14-12 unit three story apartment buildings. Also included is a community center with leasing office with a central mailbox enclosed. Mailroom with package lockers. Site improvements included driveways and curbs, site fencing, central security gates, site landscaping, swimming pool and trellis structure.
