The Fountains is a skilled nursing facility offering comprehensive rehabilitation services with 24-hour, long-term medical professional care.  The 19,800 SF wood-frame addition to the existing state-of-the-art, OSHPD 1 skilled nursing facility included: (23) patient rooms, full rehabilitation therapy services space, multiple dining and activity areas, a commercial kitchen, administrative offices and an exterior courtyard.  The building exterior is comprised of plaster and stone accents and a concrete tile roof.
