Renovation/TI of existing 1930’s era brick building and basement for use as professional office space for LPAS Architecture. The renovation includes demolition/removal of existing items including windows, skylights, walls, doors, casework, and infill floors. Tenant Improvement work includes the construction of new walls, doors, windows, skylights, casework, lighting, ceilings, mechanical systems, and other building components necessary to convert the space for suitability for professional office space usage. Exterior work includes a new spray foam roof, ADA entrance ramp, decorative metal railing, parking lot seal and stripe, and outdoor amenity patio with a glass overhead door.
