New headquarters for California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD).  The 124,341 SF tenant improvement involved 5 floors of a 12-story building, to include: open office areas with modular systems furniture, a cafe, conference rooms with audio visual conferencing equipment, training lab and training rooms, server/data room, library, heavy duty storage, structural upgrades, HVAC and electrical, low voltage cabling, STC walls, ADA panels, security systems, emergency electrical tie-in, green room/studio, and building standard finishes throughout.
